Golf Cart Parking Changes At The Chill Shops
As of September 2023, there have been some rule changes for golf cart parking at The Shops behind the Big Chill/The Hub.
Golf Carts Not Registered To Prominence HOA
This rule affects golf carts that are not registered to the Prominence HOA. If your golf cart is not registered with the HOA and doesn’t have the Prominence HOA sticker on the driver’s side of the windshield, you are now required to park in the lots located behind the shops at The Hub. Golf Carts that do not follow this policy are subject to towing at owners/renters expense.
Where You Can Park
Unregistered carts can park in the square parking lot behind Shore Things Cigars.
Where You Can't Park
Unregistered golf carts can no longer park in the main parking lot in front of the Big Chill. Nor can they park in the parking spaces in between Panhandle Getaways and Shore Things Cigars.
