How Our Delivery and Pickup Schedule Works
Our pickup and delivery schedule is meant to reflect the check-in and check-out times of your vacation rental. Delivery is promised by 4 PM on your scheduled date of delivery and carts are picked up by 9 AM on your scheduled pickup date. If this schedule does not work for you, please call or text (850) 737-1046, and will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery is free on all rentals 4 days or more.

30A COUNTY
Life on Florida County Road 30A is easy. Navigating CR 30A: Point Washington State Forest segment is even easier when you don’t have to fight the summer crowds for parking! A Street Legal Golf Cart will help you negotiate a tight spot at a busy beach access or zip your gang in and out of the different hotspots along scenic 30A. Enjoy your vacation days to the fullest with comfort and convenience! While cruising in the salt air is a great way to take in all 30A has to offer, there are a few things to keep in mind when renting a golf cart while in Walton County, Florida.
Is it Legal?
Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals on 30A are easy when you know the law. Low-speed vehicles, or LSVs, are allowed to drive on county-maintained roads that have a posted speed limit of 35 mph or lower. This includes 30A! We all know what a speed limit sign looks like, but do you know how to distinguish between a county-maintained road and a privately-maintained road? Simple! All county road signs are GREEN, while a road that is privately maintained has a BLUE sign. To be considered a street-legal vehicle, the cart must have functioning headlights, tail lights, and turn signals. The vehicle must also have a rearview mirror, a windshield, reflectors, a parking brake, and seat belts. A current, registered tag must be fixed to the rear of the vehicle at all times. Low-speed vehicles are not allowed on bike baths at any time. Please obey all rules of the road.

Not Every Community Allows Golf Carts
There are vacation rental homes available in every neighborhood along 30A. Most of these are privately maintained and have their own rules about Street Legal Golf Carts and low-speed vehicles. Please check with your vacation rental management company about your neighborhood’s specific rules and regulations before renting an LSV.

30A Non-Golf Cart Rental Friendly Beach Communities
- WaterColor
The community of WaterColor does not have a ban on Golf Carts, but they do have a ban on Golf Cart Rentals. There are two ways to get a Golf Cart if you are staying in WaterColor. Rent a property that comes with one or rent one from WaterColor’s exclusive rental company. If you have any questions please feel call or text us.
- Seaside HOA (Brick Streets)
The Seaside HOA (Dogwood St. – Natchez St) has a complete ban on Golf Carts and Golf Cart Rentals. But there are ways around the ban. If you would to rent a Golf Cart and are staying in Seaside please call or text us.
- Watersound (Behind The Gates)
The Watersound Beach home development strictly prohibits Golf Cart Rentals. Guests vacationing in the Watersound Beach community must rent a property with a Golf Cart if they wish to have one. If you have any questions regarding Watersound’s Golf Cart Policy, please give us a call.
- Prominence
Both the North and South side of Prominence strictly prohibits guests from renting Golf Carts from any company other than their Exclusive Partner. Guests vacationing in Prominence are limited to renting a property with a Golf Cart or through their Exclusive Partner. Please give us a call if you need any clarification.
- Alys Beach
The community of Alys Beach has a complete ban on all Golf Carts. The only bypass to Alys Beach’s Golf Cart ban is for guests with medically documented needs. Guests with mobility issues can apply for a Golf Cart medical exemption through the Alys Beach HOA.
- Seacrest HOA
The Seacrest Beach HOA community (behind the gates) does also has a complete ban on Golf Carts. As of February 2024 we are unsure of any medical exemptions within the community. That would be a question for the HOA or your proprety manager.
- Rosemary Beach
Similar to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach has a complete ban on all Golf Carts. However, Rosemary has gone away with their medical exemption policy. There are no Golf Carts allowed within Rosemary Beach.

To drive one of our Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals, you must be at least 21 years old and possess both a valid driver’s license and auto insurance policy. Passengers must use their seat belts at all times when riding in the vehicle. Any children in a five-point harness or rear-facing car seat are required to sit in one on a Street Legal Golf Cart. Where to Go on CR 30A
County Road 30A has 24 miles of breathtaking scenic Florida views. Just taking your LSV on a cruise in the perfect weather can be enough to set your mind at ease. There are plenty of places to stop and soak it all in while you’re out there.
The Beach
There are 40 public beach access points scattered along white sandy beaches and emerald waters of 30A. With a Street Legal Golf Cart, it’s much easier to navigate some of these smaller accesses. Load up all the gear you’ll need in a spacious and comfortable LSV.
Golf
There are two amazing coastal golf courses tucked away along 30A. The Santa Rosa Beach Golf & Beach Club has 18 holes of what Golf Magazine called “The purest golf in the Florida Panhandle…” and is the only course in the area to boast two holes that back up to the Gulf of Mexico. Further east, you’ll find Camp Creek Golf Club. This course is nestled amongst all the native beauty and wildlife Northwest Florida has to offer. Cruise from one of these courses to the other in your Street Legal Golf Cart.
Finds and Food
Whether you need to grab some yummy local Florida seafood, find some beautiful new art from a local artist, or discover what’s new at your favorite boutique, there are plenty of places to stop along the way down 30A.

Grayton Seafood Company
When you’re craving authentic Florida seafood, hop in your Street Legal Golf Cart and drive over to the Grayton Seafood Co. Cold beer and a casual environment are the perfect compliment to the fresh seafood served in this local favorite located in the Uptown Grayton shopping center.
Justin Gaffrey Studios
Local artist, Justin Gaffrey, has a truly beautiful and unique way of presenting the natural wonders of 30A to us through art. His studio is located on 30A and is open to the public 6 days a week.
